Company: Straddle simplifies business payment processing with an all-in-one platform, offering secure, fast account-to-account transactions through a single, user-friendly API. By unifying identity verification, open banking, and real-time payment rails like ACH and RTP, Straddle eliminates traditional inefficiencies, reduces fraud, and cuts costs, empowering businesses to streamline operations and get paid faster.

Project: Tasked with collaborating directly with Straddle’s founders to craft website copy and design the layout for the entire site from scratch, I tackled the challenge of distilling their complex payment processing platform into clear, compelling content and a cohesive user experience. This required a deep dive into the product’s intricate features—like secure account-to-account transactions, identity verification, open banking integration, and real-time payment rails—ensuring every technical detail was understood and translated into accessible messaging and an intuitive design highlighting Straddle’s value to businesses.
